Defining Strategic Approach for Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council

Independent Intelligence were procured to investigate how a substantial planned expansion of housing stock in the Borough could be used to fund an investment vehicle for the council to resolve broadband connectivity issues in more rural areas.

Having thoroughly examined the options and evidence, we developed an alternative approach for the Council which optimised and complimented their existing plans and built upon other technology investments.  

This more deliverable option was presented to Council leaders and senior officials who were delighted to take forward the alternative strategy.
